A treat for grandma.....

Chloe had decided to make grandma a card and it said something like this....

Grandma I would like to offer you a cheeseburger, Love Chloe.

So after school one day this last week she made her a cheeseburger, sliced some tomato's, added pickle and some lettuce, taped the card to it and took it up to her. ( She lives right next door ).

It was a lot of fun, I enjoy cooking with Chloe. Sometimes when she comes to help me in the kitchen with supper and I am in a rush trying to get things done by the time Andrew gets home, I want to tell her maybe tomorrow. That is when I need to think twice and tell myself that daddy does not mind if it is a little late, he enjoys having a wonderful meal made by both of his girls.

I have recently had someone ask me if our computer was down being it has been forever sense my husband or I had posted. I would like to apologize it has been a busy last couple of weeks with Andrews dad and sister being here, trying to get back into the swing of things, and the internet being down the last 2 days.

So as you can seen, we have been busy around the Stroupe home. Andrew has built bunk beds for the girls, and painted the bedroom. I have been trying to get things in order from a really busy last couple of weeks. Now Andrew is really busy with overtime, so I guess I have plenty of time to catch up on school and house work.
