So I just have fast question. My little Deacon has some congestion in the chest and the nasal. I am not sure why, but, almost every time he nurses he gets sick. I have been nursing him every hour so that he does not get dehydrated, and also he is not nursing much. Anyhow, I was wondering if any of you moms have any suggestions for me, they are greatly needed.
Hoping to hear from some of you soon.

Poor little guy ... poor mommy. Sick babies are never any fun. He may not be nursing much because he doesn't feel well.
I'd first take his temperature to make sure he doesn't have a fever. If he has a fever, I'd take him to the peditrician.
No fever ... When one is congested, we want to get that mucus OUT. Try running a hot shower and sitting in a steamy bathroom with him (5-6 times per day). Breathing in the steam will help break up the mucus resulting in coughing which will help discharge it.
If the congestion becomes worse every time he nurses OR if you think nursing is causing the congestion, he may be having an alergic reaction to something mommy is eating or drinking.
I will keep little Deacon and mommy in prayer.
